Table for one please!
So, I just realized that I’m single again. Wow, that sucks.
The last time I was single, it was a choice and I was super excited about it but this time… I was 1000% looking forward to spending the rest of my life with Car Boy so I really was unprepared to be in this place again.
It’s like when you have your regular Starbucks that you go to every single day. The one that starts making your drink as soon as they see your Mini Cooper pull into the parking lot! Then all of a sudden you find yourself across town at a whole different Starbucks, where they make you wait in line and don’t know that you ALWAYS order a Grande Iced Soy Latte. It’s still a Starbucks and you still have the same order but they don’t know you and don’t know that you will dump your extra change into the tip bin and don’t know that you steal extra straws and put them in your purse.
I’m single again and I have to fall in love with a whole new barista.
I hate being single.

I'm with you! I hate it! I hate being single! If I was still 21, I may enjoy it but I'm not and when my friends drag me to the bars I feel like I'm 105. Ugh!
hey come on now, being a single lady isn't so bad!
now you dont have to feel bad about guys buying you drinks when you go out because hey, now they might have a chance [or at least wont get a boyfriend to the face in the parking lot!]

Everything that happened recently to you does suck, but on the bright side, you are still alive and I am a believer in "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger." So here's to you being tougher and wiser! In the meantime, try to get as many drinks from guys as you can, it'll save you alcohol money!
I hate being single too...but we are effing fabulous, so whoever lands us is LUCKY. Remember that. And there's always the Coffee Bean. XOXOXO
You know, there are worse things than being single. Like having a lying, cheating dirtbag boyfriend who jerked you around for a year with empty promises...
Or having to deal with a so-called psycho so-called ex girlfriend who actually has every right to act all crazy because she has the same lying, cheating dirtbag boyfriend jerking her around.
I'm sorry your poured so much love, energy, and time into something that turned out to be a bust, but I guess what I'm trying to say here is perspective.
